(Update 12:30 p.m.) Milosky did not appear in court this morning. However, her attorney reportedly entered a not guilty plea on her behalf. Her attorney told reporters that Milosky still has a valid driver's license and is awaiting a hearing with the DMV.

Milosky is scheduled to appear in front of a San Francisco Superior Court judge today to answer to misdemeanor charges in connection to a May 12 incident where she allegedly got behind the wheel after having way too much to drink, and sideswiped several cars before fleeing the scene.

Yes, this is the same Milosky who came under fire last year after parents and kids accused her of using corporal punishment and heavy-handed policies at Paul Revere Elementary School in Bernal Heights. Parents complained that she limited
bathroom breaks and kids were wetting their pants.
