Police say they have found the body of 66-year-old Jaeson Chon, who had wandered away from his Daly City home last week, in the water at San Francisco's Lake Merced.

Sgt. Michael Barton told reporters that search teams found Chon in the water and

unresponsive at about 2:10 p.m. Friday.

Chon's family had reported him missing on Thursday at about 4:15 p.m. He was unable to write or speak because he had previously suffered a stroke.

Police knew to look around Lake Merced because that's where Chon liked to walk, said Daly City police Lt. David Mackriss.

San Francisco police and the medical examiner's office are conducting an investigation to determine the official cause of death.

"We have no information that there was any suspicious circumstance involved at all," he said.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
