Police are looking for a heavyset man with bad teeth, saying he might be responsible for kidnapping a Louisiana woman and driving her to San Francisco before booting her out of the car.

Officer Albie Esparza told the Examiner's Mike Aldax that the suspect in the kidnapping was described as a white man in his 40s. He's "heavyset, big nose, rotten teeth, missing teeth, wearing a yellow

shirt, and blue jeans."

The woman was found roaming the area near Battery and Filbert streets near the Wharf at about 7 p.m. on Sunday. She was reportedly suffering from amnesia and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital.

Police on Monday found the suspect's car, which was described as a a 2007 black Ford Fusion.

The woman told officers that she was kidnapped from a Monroe laundromat on Wednesday and driven to San Francisco. Her kidnapper then kicked her out of the car and drove away.

Calls to Monroe Police Department have not been returned, but Esparza told SF Weekly that they are working closely with Monroe police on the investigation.

Captain Evelyn Robinson with the Monroe Police Department told the Monroe News Star today that they are still trying to piece together the mysterious incident. She said they still have very little information about the 51-year-old victim, who is in San Francisco.

"We haven't spoken to the woman yet," she told the newspaper.

Anyone with information about the case should call the Police Department's anonymous tip line at (415)

575-4444 or send a tip by text message to TIP411.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
