Police Need Your Help Tracking Down Missing, Possibly Suicidal Young Man

UPDATE, Wednesday April 1: Police report that Thang has been located. He is safe and in the care of a relative.

The San Francisco Police Department is hoping you can help locate Lawrence Thang, a 19-year-old autistic man last seen Monday -- after threatening suicide.

He is 5-foot-5 and 110 pounds. He does not make eye contact and tends to walk with his arms covering his face. He has previously been found at the Lowell High School basketball courts or the vicinity of Bayshore Boulevard and Silver Avenue.

The SFPD is requesting anyone who sees him call (415) 558-5508 or, after-hours, (415) 553-1071.
