Update, Sept. 28: After tickets to the Feb. 16 S.F. show sold out in one minute (and this giveaway contest ended), Swedish House Mafia has added three additional shows on Feb. 13, 14, and 15 at Bill Graham Civic. The Feb. 14 and 15 shows sold out within the hour, according to an announcement today, but the Feb. 13 date remains onsale.
As we mentioned last week, EDM giant Swedish House Mafia is going on one final world tour before its three members hang up their headphones. The group's final run includes a stop here at San Francisco's Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Feb. 16, 2012.
Tickets for the last-ever S.F. show go onsale tomorrow at noon -- and will likely sell out very, very quickly. But before they're available for sale, we're giving away one pair of tickets to a lucky All Shook Down reader.
The final Swedish House Mafia tour will both be a farewell to fans and a celebration of the trio's latest album, Until Now, which sees release Oct. 22. (You can already preorder it on iTunes.) Here's the "Don't You Worry Child" video for an early taste:
Now, here's how you can win tickets to see Swedish House Mafia in San Francisco: First, since you apparently like this blog in real life, make sure you like it on Facebook, too. You can do that right here:
Next, send an email to SFAllShookDown@Gmail.com with your best, funniest, most creative argument for why you should be the one to get a free pair of tickets to see Swedish House Mafia at its last S.F. show. (And yes, you have to like All Shook Down on Facebook in order to win.)
We will choose and notify a winner by 10 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 28, so check your email! (If you include your phone number as a second way to contact you, we promise we won't share it with anyone or call for any reason other than to tell you that you've won.)
Again, 10 a.m. on Sept. 28 is the deadline to win -- you could guarantee yourself attendance at the February final show, all for free. So get emailing!
