Sure, why not a wrinkly puppydog? That's the art (and all the art!) for the upcoming album from S.F. garage-rocker Ty Segall, Goodbye Bread. And it's soooo cuuuuute.

Goodbye Bread is out June 21 on Drag City. An early press release calls it a "comedown record" -- but the first single, "You Make the Sun Fry," doesn't sound all that mellow.

MP3: Ty Segall -- "You Make the Sun Fry"

And here's "California Commercial" from the last year's Live In Aisle Five record:

And the full tracklisting for Goodbye Bread:

5. I Can't Feel It

6. My Head Explodes

7. The Floor

8. Where Your Head Goes

10. Fine

Given that Segall put out one of our favorite records of last year, we're really excited for his latest.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
