The lineup for the 2010 Treasure Island Music Festival was unveiled earlier today, and it's every bit as drool-worthy as we had hoped. First: the rumors were right, and Belle & Sebastian is headlining the second day's show (Oct. 17). Second: Everyone who missed LCD Soundsystem's hella sold-out show at the Fillmore in May (read: us) now has a chance to catch them on Oct. 16, the first day of Treasure Island.

The middle of the bills are solid as well: Saturday has Die Antwoord, !!!, Deadmau5, Holy Fuck, Little Dragon, and Kruder & Dorfmeister. Sunday will see The National, Broken Social Scene, She & Him and Surfer Blood, among others. There's also a choice selection of local artists -- like Wallpaper and The Mumlers -- farther down the bill.

Advance two-day passes go on sale tomorrow for the way-reasonable price of $99. Treasure Island is October 16 and 17 this year. Check out the full lineup after the jump.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
