"SXSW Interactive is a Wrap!" Declares Larry Chiang

Posted By on Wed, Mar 17, 2010 at 9:18 PM

Ok, ok... Larry Chiang, founder and Business Week editor, didn't actually declare SXSWi a wrap last night, but this photo of him (taken at approximately 9 p.m. at #theParty on the roof of the Speakeasy) speaks louder than words. After a week of extreme networking, packed parties, many highly anticipated (and some anticlimactic) panels, the tech and social media folk have left Austin and the music madness is about to begin. Stay tuned as we bring you more scenes from SXSW 2010.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
