We just got word on a R.I.P. Michael Jackson trike ride/ wake tonight hosted by "Deep.":

"Trikeasaurus bike ride and then maybe a FlashDance (assuming people feel like dancing). We'll start the ride at 7 at Dolores Park. We'll be riding. I'll probably be updating our location via SMS*
We'll be at Ferry Plaza at 8:30. If people are there we'll stop there. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. AND REQUESTS. I have a ton of MJ & the Jacksons that I love to play (as you know) but lemme know what you want to hear."

**UPDATE: Now there's news of a Goodbye Michael flashmob at Justin Herman Plaza, 6:30 p.m.-???

****UPDATE: "Renegade Dance Vigil. Alamo Square @ 7ish. BYOB and some Warm Threads, could get windy" These folks have a good sound system, generator, the whole 9 yards...

**UPDATE: Contributor Evan James writes, "Tiara Sensation is doing a drag show on Monday at the Stud called Bad: a Tribute to Michael Jackson. Oddly enough they planned it before his death."

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
