Club promoter Charles Faison killed in Berkeley

Club promoter Charles Faison of O'Shea Entertainment was shot to death in his South Berkeley home on June 19, according to the news clippings posted to his MySpace page. O'Shea Ent. promoted various nights around town, including a regular Tuesday night hip-hop showcase at Club Six called Da Showcase.     Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday.
