CD Review: There Will Be Blood -- Original Music by Jonny Greenwood

You're so excited about Radiohead coming to Golden Gate Park that you probably forgot Jonny Greenwood composed the original music to Paul Thomas Anderson's latest film, There Will Be Blood. Our sister publication Houston Press says that although there's no trace of Radiohead's sound, the album "works marvelously because it's a change of pace and Greenwood's writing is so strong."     Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'.
