Flight of the Conchords Dudes, Aimee Mann Launch SF Sketchfest at Mezzanine 1/10

Hurray! The SF Sketchfest is back to tickle all y'all mutherfuckers pink with a month-long celebration of all things funny. The whole shebang-a-bang starts this Thursday at the Mezzanine with Rhys Darby and Kristen Shaal from Flight of the Conchords, Aimee Mann, and VH1 talking heads Paul F. Tompkins and Todd Barry. Hrm, there's nothing funny about the Magnolia soundtrack, though. Cheer up, Murray:

Mezzanine proudly hosts Sketchfest opening night on Thursday, January 10th, 2008. This year’s colorful ensemble includes a live performance by singer/songwriter Aimee Mann, noted comedians Paul F. Tompkins, Todd Barry, Rhys Darby (“Murray” from HBO’s Flight of the Conchords), plus hosts Kurt Braunohler and Kristen Shaal (“Mel” from Flight of the Conchords).
