Don't you just hate those brain hemorrhage-inducing loud-ass car stereos when you pull up at a stop light? Listen buddy, I know 50 Cent gets money and all, but you don't have to freakin' announce it at every intersection. Well now those jerkoffs have the chance to decide who's the ultimate sound-pollutant:

The 10th annual World Finals Car Stereo Competition will be held

October 13-14, 2007 in Fiesta Hall at the San Mateo County Event Center.

This event features a dB Drag Racing and Bass Race invitational car

stereo competition. This event is a must see for anyone interested in

fully customized cars and their car stereos. Extreme vehicles with walls

of woofers and thousands of watts of power go head-to-head to see who

really has the loudest car stereo system. This event is professionally

orchestrated with live internet broadcast, video displays, light towers,

and vendor booths. For more info visit www.dbdrag.com

And if you actually want more info on this atrocious event, I wish you a horrible, horrible death.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
