Run DMT is afoot. The Austin-based duo of John D. Robbins and Chris Parson is known for producing fun, bass-driven, sample-laced music. Charting heavily on Beatport, Run DMT has made a name for itself with DJs and bass-based artists alike in just over a year. The producers draw from a bevy of influences, including drum 'n' bass, rock, punk, and trip-hop to create what they consider a new kind of dance music. The pair is set to drop its debut full-length album Union of Opposites in May on Play Me Records.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
