Best Store to Buy Other People's Clothing

No Shop

There's no shortage of vintage and thrift shops in the Mission, but well-curated, affordable shops are few and far between. At No Shop, you get the best of both worlds: cool, vintage threads that won't break the bank or require latex gloves and hours of sifting through bins and racks to find something fabulous. Everything a vintage junkie could possibly want, need, or desire is here, from letterman and leather motorcycle jackets to pleated skirts and long hippie dresses. They even offer a selection of vintage and new macramé plant hangers. Though the 7-year-old store doesn't specialize in any specific decades or eras — you're just as likely to find a lace Victorian gown as you are a pair of '90s cut-off Daisy Dukes shorts — there is a theme that ties all the clothes together. Says one employee: "If we think it's cool, we'll try to sell it."
