"Rare and salty" are the main attributes advertised on the menu at Kronnerburger, Chef Chris Kronner's hamburger pop-up. And it's not an exaggeration: This is the type of burger that causes juices to run down your hand and into your sleeve when you bite into it. The burger itself satisfies on a primal level, but you can take it one step further by ordering it with marrow, which comes with full-on pieces of cow bone protruding from the serving tray like something you'd find scattered on the cave floor in a scene from a PBS Neanderthal re-creation. Dig out the gray, beefy paste with the wooden stick that comes with it, spread it on your burger, and celebrate your place at the top of the food chain.
