At his semi-regular brunch in the Mission mansion, chef Anthony Yang (formerly of Michael Mina and Per Se), has not released a menu for this week, but a sample one includes black truffle waffles; heirloom tomato and summer bean salad with cucumber dill tzatziki, and olives; organic Straus yogurt with coffee granola, blueberry jam, and pickled blueberries; and a toasted Panorama Bakery sourdough English muffin topped with creamed forest mushrooms, crispy ham, and a poached egg.
