The Week in Vegan: Hemp Seeds, Stress Relief, and How to Veganize Any Recipe

  • Strawberry Hedgehog (which is an adorable name for a company) has put out some awesome new vegan body products. I can literally smell them through my computer screen.
  • Want another reason to oppose animal testing? Check out this list to see if your favorite celebrity is against cruelty to animals. And if they're not on it, write them a letter. Maybe two.
  • Here's how you can (and will!) veganize -- that is a word now -- any savory recipe. Now I want a tofu scramble.
  • Here are some ways to relax if you're feeling stressed and need a break. This list is tailored to vegans but you can share it with anyone who's reaching their breaking point. After all, some of the items on this list are just as good even if you're not eating a plant-based diet. (Taking a nap is the best item on this list.)
  • It's Monday, so here's a video of a cat playing Jenga to show you that nothing is impossible!
