Another weekend, another festival. If the San Francisco Street Food Festival, Outside Lands, and SF Chefs hasn't satiated your hunger for eating food off paper plates in crowds, the free 20th Street Block Party is happening on Saturday in the Mission (12-6 p.m.).

The festival, put on by Noise Pop, the Ne Timeas Restaurant Group, Nomic and The Bon Vivants, will have live music from the likes of James & Evander and Two Gallants; food from folks like Del Popolo, Central Kitchen, and Rhea's Deli; a booze garden put on by the Bon Vivants (Trick Dog); and cooking lessons from the Ne Timeas Restaurant Group (Central Kitchen, Flour + Water, Salumeria) on things like pasta-making and pizza-tossing. Check out the full list of food vendors here.

Restaurants and bars on the block and around the Mission are also offering deals and specials. Central Kitchen is serving tacos, Atlas Kitchen is featuring drink specials with an entree purchase ($2 beer cans, $3 sangria or draft beer), The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen is offering two mini-grilled cheeses and a glass of wine or beer for $10, and both Trick Dog and Flour + Water will be open earlier than their usual hours (newsworthy in itself).

Find the block party on 20th St. between Harrison and Bryant; here's a map. See you down there? We'll be the ones wearing our fat pants.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
