Secrets of Desserts: A Pastry Demonstration and Class

Rundown: Congenial pastry chef Tim Nugent, who competed on season 1 of Top Chef Just Desserts on Bravo, is not only in charge of all the sweets at Scala's Bistro, he's also responsible for all desserts (including elegant wedding cakes) at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel. This week, he takes a break from a hectic schedule to offer a lively instructional on both sweet and savory desserts. He'll reveal the secrets behind his lemon fennel panna cotta with blueberries and his anise biscotti ... and the latter will be sent as a take-home gift.
