When raising money for charity, people are generally required to put in a little effort. At a minimum, you'll likely have to walk 5k. Heck, you might even be asked to run a marathon. This summer, you can answer the charitable call and do your part to fight breast cancer. And, all you need to do is imbibe craft beer from 60+ breweries while enjoying local food samples and live music. We're pretty sure you can manage such a commitment.

Real talk: Everybody likes breasts, and nobody likes cancer. The cost of your admission ticket to the festival will go a long way towards providing necessary services for cancer victims. The 12th annual Breast Fest will raise funds for the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic. The non-profit public health clinic offers free alternative medicine, support, and social services to women battling cancer and poverty. You should, quite literally, drink to that.

The festival, whose primary sponsors include local brewing pillars Marin Brewing and Moylan's, will feature a 'who's who' of Northern California breweries. Unlimited beer tasting, food sampling, non-alcoholic beverages, commemorative glass, and live music from an 80's rock cover band are all included in the ticket price. Oh, and that feeling of humanitarian satisfaction and goodwill? That's included too.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
