Pasion Flares, Atelier Crenn Announces an Opening Date

​The past 24 hours in gossip, innuendo, and cold hard facts about the San Francisco restaurant scene.

Did you want to dine out on New Year's Eve but forgot to make a reservation? Pan-Latin Pasión (737 Irving, 724-5727,, from the Fresca owners, opened yesterday in the Inner Sunset, so it may not yet be booked up. Eater SF just posted the menu.

As Dominique Crenn readies Atelier Crenn (3127 Fillmore, 440-0460,, she's finally announcing an opening date: Jan. 14. In preparation for the opening, Crenn talks to Feast about her Sacramento farm and foraging chefs, and posts a preliminary menu on Grub Street.
