The Death of Tiki Tom, the Eggs of Radius and the Front Porch

​The past 72 hours in gossip, innuendo, and cold hard facts about the

San Francisco restaurant scene.

The Chronicle follows on the heels of the local TV stations in reporting that a large fire destroyed Tiki Tom's (300 29th Ave., Oakland), located near the bridge between Oakland and Alameda.

From Grub Street, we learn that Radius started brunch this past weekend, and the Front Porch launches Saturday-Sunday brunch this weekend.
