We reported on its lease signing back in March, and now Cinnaholic is finally ready to unleash its 30-plus varieties of vegan cinnamon rolls this weekend in Berkeley. Cinnaholic's pinup owner Shannon Michelle Radke told SFoodie the store will be open to the public tomorrow (Sat., July 17) from noon to 4 p.m. and will revert to its normal schedule (9 a.m.-6 p.m.) beginning Monday. The cruelty-free gang at Vegansaurus is "having erections" over the prospect, filing their Cinnaholic post under the category "don't stop get it get it." And, yeah, we're pretty excited, too.

Cinnaholic 2132 Oxford (at Center), Berkeley.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
