"So we went back to the drawing board," Milgrom writes. "Within the traditional setup, we wanted to offer something new. We took a menu feature we really liked and applied it across the board ― every dish is available appetizer or main size. This way, diners can construct an app-and-main meal or a shared plates or even a tasting menu of sorts."
The menu's posted at Local's website; each item has an app/main price. As for the Lucky Dog New York steak ($14/$25), Milgrom says that, starting next week, that'll morph into roasted goat.
