Last week when we visited Tanguito, the Argentinian food truck on Fisherman's Wharf, the sun was brilliant, the tables permanently installed next to the truck were packed, and the owners were tuning the flat-screen television they'd hooked onto the front of the truck to ESPN just in time for the Uruguay-France game.

That probably means that all week, Tanguito is going to be the one of

the best places in town to watch World Cup al fresco. And if you're

going to watch soccer at an Argentinian street-food truck, you must

order choripan, a favorite game-day street food in Buenos Aires (scroll down to the bottom of this "I Love Choripan"

website to memorize the official choripan song).

The owners grill a

split chorizo link until it's black-edged and smoky, then serve it on a

toasted French roll with a mess of roasted peppers and caramelized

onions. We were so distracted by the game that we forgot to ask for a

spoonful of herb-garlic chimichurri sauce, but you shouldn't.

Tanguito 2850 Jones (at Beach), 577-4223.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
