A couple years ago, Sur La Table put out a cookbook called Things Cooks Love
, essentially a full-color store catalog with recipes. Flipping through the book, we realized that we had never heard of some of the specialty pots and pans that we were supposed to love.

processor," half of them mispronounce "Robot Coupe," the word they use
