, a joint venture of 18 Reasons and Civil Eats, will reconvene at Viracocha
to discuss the future of food stands, pop-up markets, secret dinners, and foraging CSAs. The guests: Lucero Muñoz Arrellano, proprietor of a popular bacon-wrapped hot dog cart; roving chef Leif Hedendal, founder of Dinner Discussions and director of International Events for Outstanding in the Field; and Iso Rabins, forager extraordinaire.
