Progress Report: Two Weeks Out at Public House/Mijita

Compared to the pace at which most new restaurants ― even relaunches ― the work on dual Des Jardins eateries Public House and Mijita has advanced at warp speed. Then again, there's pressure to get both places open by the April 1 AT&T exhibition game against Oakland, after a media unveiling planned for March 31. In the meantime, enjoy this pixel report of progress at the adjoined restaurants, captured earlier today. More pics after the jump.

The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
