For the past year or so, 18 Reasons (593 Guerrero at 18th St.) has really had its finger on the pulse -- albeit a rapidly weakening one stymied by clogs. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
