It's going to be a full morning. By the time noon rolls around, you'll have survived the perilously lurching N-Judah, more than one douchey meeting, and several chirpy office chats. Lunch, then, should be about hedonism -- unapologetically. Work on your You time, says SF Weekly food critic Meredith Brody, with an Explosive Caesar salad (it's chile-spiked) and side of duck fat French fries with béarnaise at Orson, 508 Fourth St. (at Bryant), 777-1508.
