So maybe you spent the weekend masticating maple bars, pepperoni slices, and curly fries -- a sound strategy for squeegeeing away alcohol and its effects, but give your grease-drenched duodenum a break, for chrissake. Take SF Weekly food critic Meredith Brody's advice and absorb a few nutrients from the sliced pork, mustard greens, and salt-egg soup and yeung qi dze (shrimp-stuffed eggplant) at Ton Kiang, 5821 Geary (at 22nd Ave.), 752-4440.
