Name: My Goodness Bar
Brand: Chocolate Visions
Origin: Scotts Valley
Found at: Fog City News (455 Market at Montgomery)
Cost: $6.95
Ingredients: Bittersweet chocolate, honey roasted peanuts, salt, modified food starch, coconut.
Calories per serving: Not listed
The word: Lloyd and Lindy Martin's family-owned business makes custom chocolates for neighboring Santa Cruz County wineries in addition to their own Chocolate Visions truffles and bars.
Tasting notes: Dense and rich, only the tiniest square is needed to appreciate the flavors and not be totally bowled over. Heaven help the person who attempts to tackle this whole thing in one sitting.
Buy it again? My goodness, yes.
Extra credit: Fog City News has the most extensive and most interesting selection of premium chocolate bars in the area and often has special store-exclusive sets of chocolates crafted by the locally and internationally reknown.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
