Not listedWhy I bought it:
I've bought these cookies many times, but just noticed that they are locally made.
Tasting notes: Those afraid of the occasional burn of ginger shouldn't worry, as these have a mild and pleasing taste owing to the use of crystallized ginger. They're ideal to share as the lovely chewy texture does harden up a couple days after opening the package.
Would I buy it again? Absolutely.
What other blogs/sites thought of it: These Ginger Snappers appear to be a well-kept secret.
