Iron Chef America: Coming To Wii Near You

In the very near future, Wii and DS players will have the opportunity to compete in Kitchen Stadium to become the next Iron Chef, complete with a digitalized rendering of "The Chairman" Mark Dacascos and -- we can only hope -- a likeness of know-it-all host Alton Brown.

There's also something weirdly poetic about the announcement of this game just weeks after that Village Voice exposé accusing Iron Chef America of being less culinary competition and more premeditated TV spectacle. (via Serious Eats)
